What to do when you have a day off of work? Slow cook a lamb! Anthony took charge of Giada’s recipe and mixed it with some other one he found on a recipe website and came up with some dish involving lots of tomatoes, lamb, cheese, shallots, and mint. Served over a big ole pile of noodles. Plus some nutrients in the form of salad and…wine?
It was good. Lamb tastes sort of sweet, you know? Plus I think cheese + a great view makes anything spectacular. Thanks for cooking Anthony!
My apartment building provided entertainment for the night. First, this rooftop. Then, 5 people squished into a two-bedroom apartment! My roommates and I are always up to host friends.
